The Pebble: E-Paper Watch, is the thing I'm talking about, and yes, I know that it's more similar to a smartphone than a digital watch. But hey, they were the ones that named them watches, not me.
After reading the comments on that kickstarter, I'm reminded of another reference from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. It goes likes this "lots of the people were mean, and most of them were miserable, even the ones with digital watches." So yes, yet another thing that hasn't changed in 36 years. The people with the glorified digital watches, are still as unhappy as everyone else.
Although, let me just clarify. I'm with the people that think digital watches are still a pretty neat idea. After all, I want a proper working pip-boy, and those things are practically giant watches. So yeah, unfortunately I'm just like the rest of the human race.
