I almost didn't submit this due to being distracted by Dwarf Fortress. Since I've been sticking with the 34.11 version for so long, now that I've finally updated, there's quite a lot of differences I've been experimenting with. I like to know what I can and can't do, especially when using DFHack. So much is different, that I've pretty much wasted three hours just messing about to see what you can and can't do now.
There's still plenty more experimenting to do, but I'm really going to have to stop, otherwise I'll be doing it throughout the day (and if I do that, then I'll be making things harder for myself in the long run).
Still, it's been fun.
I don't really have a lot to say about this comic, because I've never really played Quake. The name has always brought images of Nesquik Cereal though.
The idea for this comic came about months ago, during a conversation with someone on DeviantArt called KuznyaDragonOfBaa.
Other than all of that, I don't really have anything else to say about Quake. Like I said, I never played it.
Hmm, although I suppose I do have one last thing to say. That first panel probably would've looked a lot better if Doug was holding a game box or something.
I wonder why I didn't do that?
