It's amazing how no one seems to question the fact that you're using a whip on Castlevania. It just seems to have become accepted fact nowadays! But think about it... a whip? To stop Dracula? Who in the right mind would bring a whip to stop Dracula!?! You'd bring a sword, or a crossbow, preferably both!
Not that I'm complaining. From a gameplay point of view, there's nothing wrong with a whip, and if anything, it's quite an original idea for a weapon. But from a logical point of view, it's ridiculously stupid!
I'm just kinda amazed by the fact that I've never actually seen anyone question this.
