I won't deny it, I think this is THE best comic I've ever made ever. It has five consecutive jokes in a row (depending on what you count as a joke), and it flows so nicely.
I love this comic strip!
This is also the first six panel comic strip I've done in over a year (nearly two years I think)! That's quite a long time.
This comic definitely needed six panels though. I could've done it in three, but it would've lacked a lot. This is just brilliant. You have separate jokes, build-up to the main joke, a follow on joke. It's all brilliant! :D
It also does a good job at naming Doug's girlfriend (a name I came up with just for this comic strip) and summing up Tod. If anything, I think this comic strip summarizes everything that 20 Quid Amusements is about.
From now on, this is my "go-to" comic for demonstrating what this webcomic is about (although it's not like I've ever had to demonstrate it before, so I suppose it doesn't matter).
Still, I love this. This is something I'm especially proud of.
And hey, at least Tod and April are finally proving their usefulness. :D
