This comic originally started off as a joke of the Bloody Mess perk on Fallout 3. I was going to make fun of the fact that you can shoot someone's groin, and their head explodes.
Then I thought it would be funnier to make fun of the fact that you can shoot their foot, and there head will explode. Then of course I escalated it further, by realizing it would be funnier if all of the limbs came off, instead of just the head.
Eventually I realized a way to make it even funnier. What if it happens from something as simple as a fist bump?
I found the very idea of such a thing to be hilarious, so I made this comic. I also included a reference to one of my earlier comics, for that extra bit of humor and unexpectedness.
And like I said, this idea originally began as an idea for Fallout 3. But it's only now that I've fully developed the idea, and turned it into a comic. The reason for that is obviously because of the recent release of Fallout 4.
In other news, that I just want to share for the sake of sharing. I've been watching American Horror Story recently. I decided to start from season 2, because it's an anthology series, and as far as I'm aware, I can watch the seasons in just about any order.
From what I've watched so far, it seems as though the place the show is set in, is even crazier than Royston Vasey. And that's saying a lot. For example, let me give you the premise I've gotten so far: An alien, a demon, and a serial killer, walk into an insane asylum. If that sounds like the set up for a joke, that should indicate just how mental this series is.
Overall though, it's a brilliant show. It's serious, dark, and occasionally unintentionally funny because of how batshit insane it is. I highly recommend it. It's really quite well made.
