It's a common strategy on Escape Mode on Prison Architect, to break a bunch of shower heads to gain enough reputation point to fully upgrade yourself and recruit a gang. This is because it only takes one hit to destroy a shower head, and every time you destroy something, you get one reputation point.
The end result, are prisoners who got their reputation by punching shower heads. Which if you think about it, is a pretty dumb way to build up your reputation.
There are of course other objects you can do this to. Such as weight benches and chairs, but people only ever seem to notice the shower heads. Probably because you're more likely to find a row of them in a prison.
Overall I think Prison Architect is a really fun game, and the inclusion of Escape Mode is what got me playing it in the first place. The way you can build something from the ground up and then play in it, reminds me a lot of Dwarf Fortress. As a matter of fact, that's the one thing all Dwarf Fortress clones (such as Gnomoria) are missing, and is why I don't like them.

More games need to implement modes like this!
