Seriously, this makes absolutely NO SENSE!
And this strangeness can be recreated anywhere in the Pokemon Universe.
How can you not get a baby version of a Pokemon, until after you discover it. How do you even discover it, if you can only discover it when it's born in it's baby form, and it can't be born in it's baby form until it's discovered.
Well, I guess that's Pokemon for you. It's a weird game... fun though.
And it's also clearly obvious that Doug got his Gameboy Advance back from that bin.
