Please tell me I'm not the only one that came to this conclusion the first time "Brexit" was heard?
Here's a funny story for you about how big of a rock I live under. The first time I heard the term "Brexit" used, was about a week before the actual vote. I knew about the whole thing, but I didn't know people were actually calling it such a stupid name that sounds like a breakfast cereal.
Also, to everyone who thinks that people only wanted to leave the EU for racist reasons. You're wrong, there were good reasons. That's not to say we aren't all racist here in Britain, because we definitely are (especially to the French for some reason). But that isn't the reason why half the country voted to go out.
One very good reason was that the government blatantly lied about using any money that was being given to the EU, on the NHS. It was an obvious lie, one that even I knew was a lie when I first heard about it, but a lot of people did believe it.
So what is my point then?
Well, I think one good point is that I should never include politics in my comic.
I still will though, because I've just remembered a hilarious idea that I can't pass up.
