Well technically there's seven, but FNAF World is clearly a spinoff, and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator is referred to as FNAF6 in the game files.
I still don't get why so many people don't like FNAF World though. It's probably one of the best official FNAF games out there. The music alone is enough of a reason to play it, but the gameplay as well is top notch. And it's free!
I guess people just dislike it because it doesn't contain the classic FNAF gameplay, which I don't particularly care for.
As for what I think about the normal FNAF gameplay. I think the fangames have done a much better job at representing it.
The only reason I know as much about FNAF as I do, is because of my little brother. Who is obsessed with the franchise. As a matter of fact, he's the reason this particular comic strip even exists.
