To help make this comic, I looked into the plot of Street Fighter. As far as I could tell, there is no plot. Well there kind of is, but it gets semi-rebooted each and every game, so effectively there isn't one.

So if there IS a canon reason why they're all going faster in the Turbo games, please tell me. I'd love to know.
