The only thing that's changed since then, is that this time we lost... twice... in a row.
We managed to fight against oh so many, but these two... these killed us.
I think it's because they stopped using acronyms.

And yes I know this is late to the punch. But I only just thought of it, and I wanted to make this comic just in case Article 13 gets implemented in my country before the next internet destroying bill starts gaining traction.

Seriously!?!
Well then, it seems like someone finally noticed they named their controversial policy using what most consider to be an unlucky number.
Although now my comic is already dated. Damn it!
