Please tell me I'm not the only one who has noticed this.
Because I noticed this when I started playing Dragon Quest VIII for the first time. The running animation looked... well... good. Normal in fact. Then I realized that everyone in modern games, seem to reuse the same waddling running animation that I first saw in Assassins Creed. And then I realized that the only thing that's changed between then and now, is how animations are made.
I mean, I can't be the only one who sees the waddling in modern game running animations, can I?
I certainly don't run like the people in modern games. The way I run is actually more akin to how the main character runs in Dragon Quest VIII. But, also I've never seen anyone ever mention it. So... am I the only one who has noticed? Please tell me I'm not.
