Well she's not wrong. Although she's completely missed the point as well. But then again, she's probably sick of Doug complaining about that "I'm a Mac" advertisement for the thousandth time. So she probably did it on purpose in order to confuse him.

Do they still even still show the "I'm a mac/I'm a PC" commercials? Not that I don't still sometimes think of them randomly...

I haven't seen it in years, so no, I don't think they do still show it. But I can never forget it.
