You know, it would be incredibly easy to add a second-hand game market to digital stores. Imagine it, you can choose to sell one of your games on let's say, Steam, you press a button, it then goes on sale at a price you choose. If someone buys it, you lose access to the game, the other person gains access, then a percentage is taken and given to Steam and possibly to the game devs also. It'd be brilliant.
Devs might even be able to block the re-selling of their games for up to a year or two after its initial release.
Obviously no company would ever implement a second-hand feature on their digital store, because they'd lose so much money if they did. But they definitely could if they wanted, and it would work pretty well.
Unless this does exist and I'm out of the loop, which is entirely possible.
Son - "But dad, you only own steam games."
Dying man's last words - "I know."
