But it's just so weird, and it's even weirder that it's considered normal.
Unless I'm out of touch with how the world works, and digital games are cheaper than their physical counterparts when they're not on sale.
I suppose on the PC, you can get a lot of games for free digitally. I think I own nearly 200 games on the Epic Game Store as a result of that. But PC games have always been cheaper than console games, so going free was surprisingly inevitable.
