When Dimitrescu was revealed, the internet went crazy over her. Later on, you'd hear people saying that "Capcom knew what they were doing when they added her to the game", and of course you'd see attention-seekers writing articles about how she's "oversexualized", and here I am, in the middle of it all, wondering when everyone suddenly developed a gigantism fetish. Because she literally has nothing else going for her.
I mean, "oversexualized"... Really? Her boobs are average for her height, her dress is frumpy, and her face is homely. She's the complete opposite of sexualized, unless you count maybe one scene in the entire game.
And as for "Capcom knew what they were doing"... Really? I've seen enough anime to know that the Japanese prefer their lolis (and sometimes their comically big-boobed onee-chans). Besides, she only appears in a small portion of the game. They clearly only put her on all of the advertising once they realized that she had essentially become a meme. It's clear that no one at the company expected her to blow up in popularity!
The thing is, not only do I not get it. My sister doesn't get it (she's bi), her boyfriend doesn't get it, and my dad doesn't get it (he has very different tastes to me). It's just a weird trend!

I thought it was funny when Markiplier was going crazy over her. But when I realized everyone was, it quickly lost it's humour.
It's a weird thing, I don't get it, and I don't like how everyone is treating it like it's normal.
I will say that her portion of the game is the best part though, and quite possibly the only part worth playing.
