Do you think companies use piracy as an excuse to not pay their taxes?
I mean if you earned a £1 billion in profit in a year, but claim to have lost £2 billion in piracy that same year, do you think you could get away with not having to pay any taxes, since your total reported earnings will be -£1 billion?
Or do you think the government sees this whole "loss of profit" the same way as the general public does. Which is that potential profit is clearly not the same as actual profit, and that it's just ultra rich companies being underhanded as usual.
