These are all arguments I've heard against splitscreen. I'm not even kidding. Why do some people see something they have no interest in, then say "Well, I have no stake in this whatsoever, so that means no one is allowed to enjoy it."
I think it's fair to say that I did hear most of these arguments over ten years ago though, during the seventh generation of consoles. I think splitscreen has made a bit of a comeback since then (at least in my experience, with the number of modern splitscreen games I've played recently). Although I do wonder, has the Need for Speed games started putting splitscreen in again, or am I being stupid for asking such a question about an EA game?
