This actually happened, although it was my sister who was playing the game not me. She was trying to get a trophy for knocking people out, and so she was knocking out even the civilians. Then when she got to China, there was this guy that the game wouldn't let her knock out, so we both assumed it was because he was sitting down. Since he wouldn't get up, I told her to shoot him, as that would start him off running. She did, but he didn't move, so she shot him again and he died. It was then that we realized he didn't have any legs.
