Ah, there's nothing quite as satisfying as when you start picking out the flaws in common analogies and metaphors. Except when someone points out a flaw in your logic, of course.
This is the second comic where you see Doug at work. Hopefully this comic doesn't start becoming like Dilbert. Not that there's anything wrong with Dilbert, it's just that I don't want my comic to take place almost entirely in the workplace.
I should probably start doing more game parodies... perhaps Pokemon would be a good idea.
Also, to sum up what Doug is saying (because I really want to say it): The early worm gets eaten by the bird. Remember to say that next time you want to be lazy and someone is referencing that the early bird catches the worm.
